Return & Refund Policy

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we will gladly refund full price items and will ONLY offer an exchange for sale/reduced items. **This does not affect your statutory rights**

This can be done in three simple steps;

1. First, email us at contact@prettylittlebundles.co.uk or use the contact form below to let us know which items you wish to return and whether you would like an exchange.

2. Await a response (48 hours).

 

3. If accepted, post items and proof of purchase back to us (address will be provided upon acceptance of return)

Please read the following carefully:

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately we do not cover the cost of returning an item. This does not apply in the unlikely event that you receive a faulty/damaged item.

Exchanges

We will gladly exchange items providing they are returned within the time limit and are in the original condition with tags attached.

If you are returning an item/order over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
